Prawning Fun

17th oct night the usual gang of mine hang out again

tis time not to any bar, movies or walk at the park

but to prawing!

it's my 2nd time prawning

the very 1st time was when i was quite young

and all i can rmb was prawning is difficult

so i am not having high hopes tat i can get many prawn for supper

tat night the prawning place was full of ppl

difficult to find space to sit

so wat we do is to jus squeeze in and get a sit

all ready to prawn and i find out tat...

i onli have tat little free space like a little pond to prawn

our prawning is like touching one another

our prawning hook even get untangled wit other's

waited for 2hrs but still not getting anything out of the pond!

it is sad tat we are not getting anything but the couple sitting beside us are!!!
every few minutes they will have a prawn on their hook

very sad

when 2hrs passed...

the couple got up and before they are ready to left

they passed us a bag of live worms!

i think tat the key to why they are busy the whole night

we are having high hopes

and YUP we did

dear got the 1st prawn in less than 10min using the worm

soon is jason and me

within the last 1hr

we got about 10 prawns in total

imagine if we have the bag of worms in the beginning

saw the super big one?

i jus wanna spend it soon

i went to Taka wit dear dear

trying to fond something to buy

and spend the voucher

brought somethiong wit the voucher but nvr manage to use up all $200

so i got to go back someday to use

anyway it's a life time voucher

taking train again

goin orchard is better by train!

i found bonia pouch bag i love

havin a 20% off and using voucher to pay

The Body Shop had their annual dinner at intercontinental hotel!

Things happened in the mth of sept

wa...its been a mth since i last update

busy working during the holiday

but im still happy bcos i gonna have some $$ to spend later on

i don wanna miss out the things tat had happened during the mth

i didnt update

So i decided to jus go through everything short & sweet

Finally had the chance the see my manager's boy

so he brought me and we had some nice talk there

so we went out for a walk!

Eat, drink, fun and game!

bcos we find singapore boring!

Day With Dear

Spent the whole of ytd wit love love

we planned to accomplish quite a few things the day

1) bring lappy to sch for check up

2) head to malaysis

2) catch a movie

3) have cray pot rice 4 dinner @ love's sch

both of us couldnt wake up early

so in the end we didnt manage to catch a movie for the day

:(

on the way to sch

we reached sch at 1.30pm

passed lappy to one of the IT staff

and bye bye..

from woodland to malaysis is jus less than 15mins

we spent abt an hr or so over there

came back wit car full of malaysis's petrol and tummy full of chocolate and yogurt drink

hehe...

but lappy were not ready yet

not where else to go

so we decieded to get a DVD to watch in the sch library

4.45pm @ the mid of the show, i got a msg calling me back to collect lappy

finally!

they helped me installed youcam

yeah!

we continued the show after the collection

until 5.15pm

time to head to dear's sch 4 dinner 1st

and he will b having lesson from 7-10pm

i wanted to try the cray pot rice $3.20,

at Nee Ann polytechnic

well..

the smell and look will b given 8/10

the taste will b 6/10 onli

Induction training on work

On the 1st - 3rd sept, i had training on the company tat im workin for

which is The Body Shop

frm it's history to how it set up to a international company etc.

well the training for 3 days are frm 9am - 6pm

no diff frm office hr

hoping the training will b fun and less boring

in the end it trun out to b okay

make alot of new friends and knowledge upgraded as well

Day 1:

1) woke up damn early to meet chitra bcos our senior told

us there will b early bird gift everyday for tis training.

2) in the end no gift for the 1st day as it will not b fair for those

who were late bcos it's their 1st time going to the trainin place.

3) Got to know new friends (all workin in diff BS outlets)

4) Spent to whole day in the training room

5) Got to know the history of TBS

6) The products of TBS

7) home sweet home!

Day 2:

1) b4 lunch; complete on the product knowldge and overall learnt in day 1 recap

2) after lunch; warehouse visit

3) big comfi bus came to bring us to the warehouse

4) operating system in the warehouse

5) home sweet home!

TBS recycle things!

we collects all empty bottles to b sent for recycling.

Day 3:

1) the whole day will b on services training

2) i was told to show how to smile to customer =D*

3) learning how to handle problems and the type of customers ect.

4) survey other shops on their service standards and role play

5) share tots and feedback

6) service standard of TBS
