ytd night did not hav a good slp
I was working ytd and had my dinner at 4pm
I finished work at 8 30pm n when home
tot I can go to bed without another meal, bcos I wasnt tt hungry
b on bed when the clock hits 12 o'clock
but my mind is running non stop
I couldnt slp
.
.
.
its 2 am
my tummy starts to make noises
.
.
.
its 3am
the noise starts to get louder!!!
I guess most probably i hav to eat to get the hunger away so tt I could slp
so I woke love up
make a cup of hot milo and ate a slice of white bread by my bed
he laughed at me while im eating
its so embarrassing!!!
back to bed afterwards and I wen to lala land...^^
lesson learnt:
1. Not to be lazy to get something to fill the stomach before bed, if Im feeling hungry^^
2. Not to wake anyone up if I hav to eat in the middle of the night!!
